This caravan is a 12 foot wide model. Has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people in one double room, two twin rooms and additional double sofa bed in lounge area.

It is fully equipped with TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots & pans, cutlery & crockery, cooker, fridge, shower & seperate toilet. There is a gas fire in the lounge and at least one other form of heater - either a wall panel or ceiling panels or a free standing heater. We provide the pillows & duvets free of charge. You can hire your bed linen from us for an extra £30 per van or you are welcome to bring your own. If you would like to hire a linen pack please tick the box on the booking form or contact us. Please ensure we have this booked in advance.

This Grade does not allow pets and all our vans are strictly NO SMOKING.

Check in time on this Grade is 4pm unless you have booked the Welcome pack or pre-arranged an early arrival.

Please note that this van no longer has the balcony shown in the photo. It has a plastic verandah with patio set.
